12 Day Pilgrimage in the Holy Land

Day 1: Depart USA
Day 2: Arrival at Tel Aviv airport Meeting of guides, bus drivers, and assistance to hotel. Transfer to Tiberias Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Breakfast at the hotel Drive to Cana of Galilee, visit the Church of the Wedding Feast, celebrate the renewal of marriage vows, also taste the wine of Cana. Proceed to Nazareth, 11:00 Celebrate Mass at the Church of the Annunciation, which is the only place in the world where the pilgrims pray (John 1:14) the Word [here] became flesh “hic Verbum caro factum est”, after that we visit the birthplace of St. Joseph. Visit Mary’ s Well. Visit church of St. Joseph 13:45 Proceed to Mt. Tabor, ascend by taxis to visit the Church of Transfiguration. 15:00 Drive to the Baptism Site on the River Jordan. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel
Day 4: Breakfast at hotel Visit Capernaum, and Tabgha. After that we proceed to Mt. of Beatitudes, where we read the “Beatitudes”. Continue through the Hula Valley to Banias (Caesarea Philippi) one of the sources of the Jordan River. Matthew 16:13 Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?”. Drive through the Golan heights drive to Ein Gev, get a view of the road to Damascus where St. Paul had his conversion. 16:00 Cross the Sea of Galilee by boat to Tiberias, and celebrate the Mass on the boat Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.
Day 5: Breakfast at hotel Drive through the Valley of Armageddon, to Mt.Carmel. Enjoy the view from Muhrakha. Continue to Stella Marris. 11:00 Celebrate Mass at Stella Maris Drive along the Mediterranean back to the Sea of Galilee – enjoy extra time at St. Peter’s Primacy. Return to Tiberias. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.
Day 6: Breakfast at Hotel Depart Tiberias, drive along the Jordan Valley to Jericho. Visit the Zacchaeus’s Tree and ascend to Mt. of Temptation. (where Satan tempted our Lord) by cable car. After that we arrive at Qasr el Yahud – official Baptism Site on River Jordan, to renew our baptismal vows. Drive to the shores of Dead Sea – the lowest point on Earth – Enjoy a ‘dip’, a swim. Proceed to the Inn of the Good Samaritan for a visit and celebrate the Mass in the desert. Bypass Bethany – and ascend to Jerusalem. Enjoy a first impression of the panoramic view over Old and New City from Mt. Scopus. Dinner and overnight at Jerusalem.
Day 7: Breakfast at hotel Drive to the Mt. of Olives for view. Walk on Palm Sunday Road Procession to the Garden of Gethsemane. Visiting the Church of Ascension and Pater Noster. 11:00 Celebrate Mass at Dominus Flevit. Continue to the Garden of Gethsemane, and Mary’ s Tomb by Gethsemane. In the afternoon visit the Church of St. Peter in Galicantu, and the Dormition Church on Mt. Zion. Dinner at the Hotel. 20:00 Holy Hour at the Church of All Nations at Gethsemane, Adoration & Confession (optional).
Day 8: Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the Old City. Enter through St. Stephen’s Gate. Visit Church of St. Ann, and the Pool of Bethesda. 10:00 Celebrate Mass at the Church of the Flagellation. Walk along the Stations of the Cross on Via Dolorosa carrying one large cross, pass the Ecce Homo Arch and Condemnation Chapel. Visit the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. See the Rock of Calvary and The Holy Tomb. Continue through the market area to visit the Temple Area. Walk through oriental bazaars. Transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem
Day 9: Breakfast at hotel Proceed to Haas Promenade, for a panoramic view on Kidron Valley. Drive to Ein Karem, visit the Church and birthplace of St. John the Baptist and Church of Visitation. Enjoy shopping before Mass Celebrate Mass at the Church of Nativity and stop and visit the birthplace of our Lord, and the manger scene, After that we visit Milk Grotto where Christian tradition says is the place where the Holy Family found refuge during the Massacre of the Innocents, before they could flee to Egypt. The name is derived from the story that a “drop of milk” of the Virgin Mary fell on the floor of the cave and changed its color to white. The space, which contains three different caves, is visited by some pilgrims in hope of healing infertile couples.
Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem
Day 10: Breakfast at hotel In the morning See the Model of the Old City with the 2nd Temple. After that drive to the City of David. Visit & Mas at the Room of Last Supper Caenacle Return to hotel to check out Then we continue to the Shepherds’ field. Good bye party at Shepherds’ Field with traditional music.
